Where can I find the pot file for translation ?

I want to update the Chinese translation file for Xchat 2.8.7c for Windows. But I can't find the POT file to update the .po file.

I think this website should put a link at homepage for people to find these resource easily.

Already read that FAQ. It redirect me to another website. I found the link for Xchat there, then found that the language file in Chinese language for Xchat is very very very very old !

Now, I want to translate the latest version myself. But I can't find the POT file!

It's in the source tarball under the po directory

I visited http://translationproject.org/html/welcome.html , on that page, I couldn't find the link to "source tarball" or to any "po directory".

Don't you think the POT file for Xchat had been buried too deep?
