query in new window and url question

i want a button, so when i right-click on the nick, select client-to-client and in there for example "open query" an empty query window will open. usually /msg windows only open when the other person answers.

another question, is it possible that underlined urls in the chat window will open in a new window when i click it?
it works with righ click, send url to firebird (i changed that)
