ordinal 4046 in LIBEAY32.dll error message

I have started getting an apparently-harmless error message when loading X-Chat reading "the ordinal 4046 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll". I believe this is connected to having installed Subversion on my system.

Googling the error tells me that LIBEAY32.dll is OpenSSL, but doesn't actually tell me what the error message is saying, and Dependency Walker doesn't list LIBEAY32.dll as having anything to do with X-Chat.

notes:

- libeay is indeed part of openssl.
- depwalker won't recognize it as a dependency coz it is loaded dynamically.
