App Crash Win7

I'm using the final release of windows 7, and have installed activeperl (about 1500 times since I didn't realize I needed the 32bit vers and that there was an update for perl 5.10)
That works, no load error, etc.
However, if i have a script set to auto-load or if I try to load one after I start x-chat it crashes without fail. Noticed this only with .pl scripts I haven't tried others yet.
