Quick question, please help

Probably a dumb question, but I wondering how to get the spot where it has "XChat, View, Server, Settings, Window, Help". I was clicking randomly or something, and accidentally made it disappear, not sure how to make it return.

The Menubar is now hidden. You can show it again by pressing F9 or right-clicking in a blank part of the main text area.

F9 should help.
