It takes slightly less time when I disable all my plugins. At startup it connects to a BNC for 9 different SSL networks, each with ~10 channels.
\o/ I finally figured out what was causing the lag. I had scrollback logs that were 10+ MB in size
. Apparently I set the scrollback line count to 100000. I was so amazed watching it start up, fastest i've ever seen it.
