Currently Highlighted Text available in xchat_get_info()

For C plugins, the ability to read the currently highlighted text in the chat window, and to use a string made from that text would be useful. In particular, I am making a plugin that will search a string in an online dictionary and return the result. The ability to highlight instead of copy+paste the string to the input text box would be of great use.
